Note to Life
What's going on? You seem to be flying by pretty quickly these days. I don't get to see much of you anymore. The only chances are usually when I stop myself, look around and take in what is actually happening. I've never felt like we were close but we have always shared a connection, and a strong one too. You've definitiely been there for me my whole life and no doubt you will be until I die.
I guess what I'm trying to say is.
Thanks for all the support you have given me over the years and all those fun times you've allowed me to have. Yes there have been some shitty times too, not only for me, but for you as well. I can only imagine some of the relationships you have with other people. I'll promise to take more time to get to know you and spend more time with you. I hope you understand that I have been pretty busy growing up and havent had a chance to sit back and appreciate what you have done for me. Please understand that I am still growing and will forget you every now and then, but I will return because you are such a valued part of my life and I never want to lose you.
Kindest Regards,
Dan

A busy train.
It seems like a content silence that falls upon everyone on a busy train but secretly everyone is wishing to talk to the person next to them. Small brief smiles are exchanged but are quickly given way to the blank stare back out of the train window. Small pockets of undistinguishable chatter float across the carriage. Everyone hears it but no one every really listens. They all get lost in the movement in the silence in a mind of there own. Tracing over the days activities or worrying about minor details, clenching their teeth worrying that the train might derail and everyone will die, screaming in their own mind to drown out the deafening silence that everyone sits in.
It's just a train trip to a city.
Should I disturb the peace that has fallen by getting up and going to the loo? I might lose my seat.
It is pretty busy.
I can wait.
Stuff em, I was here first.

A Deviant Art Blog.
Why cant we all live this way?
Why do we have to be driven by thoughts and feeling and not my music or by what ever makes us passionate?
With passion come love.
With love comes peace.
But... we peace comes war.
I guess its an inevitable cycle of destruction.
Some of us will be lucky enough to pass before that day comes. Who knows thats going to happen? Maybe the internet will crash and stock markets will fail once again, forcing the world into an economic crisis. Maybe a new virus will hatch wiping out billions of people. Maybe BP will let another oil cap slip off ruining our Earths waters once and for all. Maybe its about time Yellow Stone National Park decided to erupt. Or maybe that dreaded 10km by 10km asteroid (the same size that wiped out the dinosaurs) will come plummeting to Earth and that will be that. Or maybe, just maybe we will all see the truth. The truth of humanity. The truth of why we are here. The truth that in the end we are fucked and there isn't much we can do about it. Something is going to kill us. It's doesn't matter if its global disaster or just old age, its coming. So why don't we all just accept that fact and live life so we and those around us are happy and safe until the end?
I don't know. I'm just rambling. Who's going to read this anyways? My opinions don't matter in a world of billions. I'm just one being living a life. A life that I want to live. A life where those around me and who seek my love, my friendship, my acquaintance are happy and know they are loved. A life where I do things that I love. As long as what I do doesn't affect the world in a way that will cause pain and anguish, I'm happy being one of many, slipping through unnoticed. Silent, but content.
To all of you who know me, and to those of you who don't, you are my friends and my family, we are all part of one big family. We are the last of our kind.
I wish peace upon us all.
